Our Hybrid training system gives you the power to train on your own schedule, either at a gym or in the comfort of your own home.

Our state of the art app allows you to take control of your exercise, nutrition, sleep and health progression all through one interface.

As part of the Hybrid training system each client will have unlimited access to instant messaging support. In addition to in person personal training sessions and face to face check-ins.

How does it work?

Upon sign-up you we will be in touch to book you in for your in person consultation. In this, we will talk over what you are looking to gain from working with FitPower and how we can help you achieve these targets

Onboarding

You will attend an educational training session in which we will take you through your bespoke plan step by step. This ensures you can perform the exercises safely and effectively. leaving you ready to attack the gym (Home workouts also available)

The training

During our consultation we will talk about your routine, eating habits, and dietary shortcomings. All this information allows us design a nutritional plan that is best suited to you, your family and your lifestyle.

You will either be attending fortnightly or monthly sessions. These will be booked as far in advance as possible. During these we will conduct a full health and progress assessment, as well as working through any feedback you may have. This hands on approach has been proven to maximise progress.
